Business owners put care into an estimate, send it from Moneybird, and then things get busy. Following up slips. Not because their client said no, but because nobody remembered. FollowBird takes over that one forgotten step.

One short text, with a preview of exactly the email the customer receives. After that it runs by itself.
Safe for the books
FollowBird works with estimates, not the bookkeeping.
When connecting, FollowBird only asks for access to estimates, plus settings to register a webhook. That way FollowBird hears when an estimate changes. It doesn't change estimates, invoices or bookings; your work in the books stays as it is.

Regular referral
Do you use FollowBird yourself?
Every FollowBird administration has its own referral link. If another Moneybird organisation joins through that link and pays for 2 months after its trial, your administration gets one month free.
Which one applies depends on the link your client starts with: the partner link earns commission, the referral link from your own account earns a free month. If your client uses both links, the partner programme applies.
What we don't offer: no reseller pricing, white-label or managing several clients from one account. Each client connects, manages and pays for their own administration.
Questions from bookkeepers and accountants
How much commission do I earn?
20% of what the clients you refer pay, excluding VAT, for 12 months from each client's first payment. If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is cancelled.
How and when is commission paid out?
Weavo pays it out manually every month.
How do I become a partner?
Email [email protected]. You get your own code, and your partner link looks like followbird.nl/?partner=CODE. There is no self-serve sign-up.
What does my client get through my partner link?
30 days free instead of 14. After that the normal price of €19.00 per month excl. VAT applies, and your client pays FollowBird directly.
How is this different from the regular referral link?
The partner programme is for bookkeepers and accountants who recommend FollowBird to clients, and earns commission. The regular referral link in a FollowBird account earns that account one free month once the referred organisation has paid 2 months. Which one applies depends on the link your client starts with; if both are used, the partner programme applies.
Does FollowBird change anything in the books?
No. FollowBird reads open estimates to send reminders. It doesn't create or change estimates, invoices or bookings. The only thing it registers in Moneybird is a webhook that reports when an estimate changes.
Do I need to set anything up for my client?
No. Your client signs in with Moneybird and sets it up themselves.
How does my client cancel?
Monthly, themselves, under Billing in FollowBird. During the trial your client pays nothing.
Can I manage FollowBird for several clients at once?
No. Each client connects and manages their own Moneybird administration. There is no reseller pricing or white-label version either. Questions? Email [email protected].
