Frequently asked questions
What do I need?
A Moneybird account with estimates and access to the administration you want to follow up. You sign in with Moneybird; FollowBird does not ask for a separate password.
Which address sends the reminder?
Reminders go out from the configured sender address ([email protected] in production). The content is your template in FollowBird.
Can I stop reminders for one estimate?
Accepted estimates drop off the open list, so we stop reminding for those. To pause all open estimates at once, pause reminders for the administration.
What happens after the trial?
After 14 days you need an active subscription or a referral month before new reminders go out. You subscribe yourself in FollowBird when you're ready.
What data do you read from Moneybird?
Signing in with Moneybird lets us read estimates needed to track open or late offers and fill your template (contact, number, amount, link).
Who is FollowBird not for?
Not for chasing unpaid invoices, standalone CRM workflows, or teams that do not use Moneybird estimates.
How do I cancel?
Go to Billing in FollowBird to cancel the subscription each month. During the trial you are not billed yet.
